PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price for the product itself. Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the Site, we cannot confirm the full price of an item until you complete your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the Site may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the Site. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order. We reserve the right to modify pricing for any item at any time.

SHIPPING

Our default shipping method within the continental United States is via the United States Postal Service.  Orders placed online via credit card for The Prayer Ring that do not include personalization will take approximately 7-10 business days for standard shipping. Orders that include personalization, or custom orders will take approximately 10-14 business days for standard shipping.  Please contact our Customer Service department at (877) 286-8363 for shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and all international destinations outside of the United States.
We also offer priority or express shipping. If you want to request an express shipment, please contact our Customer Service department. Heartisan Customer service will process your request upon receipt and validation of payment.
Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We attempt to describe the products offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in its original packaging for a refund or credit at Heartisan’s discretion. There are no refunds for personalized products.

Returns

Heartisan Inc. is committed to providing quality products and your satisfaction is guaranteed. There is a 30 day return policy from date of shipment with your receipt. If you receive a damaged product or are not satisfied, please call our customer service department within 5 business days at (877) 286-8363. Upon validation of the return request we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please complete the RMA form and send it back with the product you ordered in the original packaging if possible. Please be sure to specify the reason for the return on the form. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your return or exchange.

We are not able to provide refunds for personalized products. When placing an order for personalization, you are responsible for confirming the proper content and spelling of your message. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If the personalization appears incorrectly on your Prayer Ring, please call our customer service department within 5 business days to speak with a representative. At our sole discretion, we will determine if a store credit is warranted.
